Hello Bruce, after speaking to your agent Sheny this morning I feel most compelled to tell you how very pleased my mother and I were with our trip to Club Med Cancun. Although we had never met, Sheny managed to understand our needs and arranged a most succesful vacation for us. With a most understanding and caring manner, she arranged that our room was as we had wanted it, on the seaside; that we had wheelchair accesibility at the airport, a water fitness class and tennis facility at Club Med...I really beleive that she beleives in customer service as she has demonstrated this to me and my mom. Last year Sheny helped me book my vacation at the Columbus Isle Club Med...we decided to go again this year however the Club was full. When I contacted Sheny she told me what my options were and we were placed on a waiting list... She managed to book us for the Club I initialled had requested, and at a great price and within hours of the seats becoming available.
I have never met Sheny since I have always dealt with her over the phone. However, she communicates in a very friendly, yet professional way.
