Friday, 20 March 2011         arrive London

Transfers to the PRESIDENT HOTEL on Russell Square will be provided for those flying into London Heathrow.   During your 9-night stay at the hotel enjoy the attractions of London and surrounding areas;   attend 7 theatre productions;   take part in daily morning-after sessions with John (re plays you’ve seen, and a sharing of  ideas of things to see and do).

Sunday, 20 March 2011              tour ends after breakfast, transfers will be provided to
                                            London (Heathrow)  for your flight home.

 INSURANCE:

As all monies paid are non-refundable, Lloyds Travel strongly recommends the purchase of  travel insurance at time of initial deposit.  This covers penalties due to cancellation/interruption in the event of unexpected personal or family illness;  and  out-of-country hospital/medical insurance.  If you do not have your own coverage, please contact us for a quotation.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

~ Please advise, at time of booking, if you will be sharing accommodation or if you wish to have a single room.   If you are traveling alone and wish to share, we will try to find you a roommate.  If this is not possible, the single rate would have to  be charged. 

- Unused services are neither exchangeable, refundable or transferable.

- Documentation:  passport required that is valid for at least 6 months after return date.
If you are not a Canadian citizen, and do not  have proper documentation necessary to return to Canada, please advise at time of booking.

- Please advise, at time of booking, if you have a frequent flyer number or  any special needs (i.e. medical condition, special flight meals etc.).   

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  Lloyds Travel advises that all arrangements for accommodation, transportation and any related services have been made by Lloyds Travel only as agent, upon condition that Lloyds Travel shall not be liable for any injury, damage, delay or inconvenience caused by the default of any company or individual engaged in providing the arrangements.  In addition, Lloyds Travel assumes no liability resulting directly or indirectly from any cause over which it has no control.  Lloyds Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure with refund of all payments received, which shall release Lloyds Travel from any further liability.
