Day 7-8	Travel to Banos, options for horseback riding, biking
Day 9-11	Travel to Cuenca, full day of travel, explore, hike Cajas National Park at the end of day 11, fly back to Quito
Day 12-13	Drive to Cayambe, stay in mountain hacienda, hike, horseback ride
Day 14-15	Drive to Otavalo, famous market town, back to Quito
Day 16	Tour ends Quito
